To the cats, the Twolegs who inhabit it are very much a nuisance: while they don't actively threaten the Clan, they seem to take the cats as a novelty part of the area and spend a lot of time watching them. It's unnerving, and tends to scare away prey. According to preference, a lot of cats will choose to become more nocturnal during the Twoleg season, and, because the Great Water has almost as many fish in leafbare as leafgreen, hunting is actually better in the winter, without Twolegs around."
