Seeing as Meppers wasn't on much over the weekend and I had the time to start this up, I did. <3

Next month I think we may need to have nominations/a preliminary round before we vote. There's a max of 35 answers and we already have 30 cats. =3

We're not going to have a CotM this month. Next month we're going to do something different, and have a nominations round for 5-10 cats so this doesn't happen again.
