Unnoticed [tagggg.Snowsong] Unforgotten?

Risingdawn's eyes all but glowed as Snowsong looked up into them, and he felt himself relax completely for the first time that night. For the flicker of a second, he let himself dream about that last statement.

Now that he was finally free of the emotions that had plagued him earlier, Riss felt the exhaustion of his long day closing in on him. Leaning against Snowsong with less care for how much weight he put on her than before, the tom let his eyelids droop. That tiredness loosened his tongue enough for him to suggest the one thing he hadn't dared before.

"Snowsong..." he whispered, rousing enough to lift his head and look at her again, "tomorrow, I...there's someplace I want to show you. If we can find the time...let me know, and Ill tell you where to meet me."

Despite Risingdawn's weight beginning to be transferred onto her, Snowsong didn't mind. She managed to continue to support him, figuring that he was quite exhausted. She gently rasped her tongue over his chest again, before nuzzling his muzzle.

When he spoke, she allowed her smile to remain upon her lips. "Of course I can find time for it," she whispered gently, "I always have time for you."

She slowly lowered herself into a position in which she lay upon her underbelly, so that he would be capable of resting better. "You're exhausted. How about getting some rest; I'll be beside you," she murmured softly, silently pushing the rabbit aside.

It was good to know that Snowsong wouldn't mind his falling asleep on her; Risingdawn was fairly certain he was about to lose the battle to unconsciousness in a moment whether he wanted to or not.

"Mmkay," he mumbled, burying his head in her soft white fur. "And...thank you."

For the first time in quite a while, the ginger tom fell asleep wearing a genuine smile.

Snowsong allowed her smile to remain as she nodded a your welcome, and she rested her head upon his shoulders as Risingdawn drifted into sleep, his head buried within her alabaster fur. She found that his warmth was comforting and relaxing enough to cause her to realize that she had been tried as well, and she closed her orbs, soon allowing sleep to coat her.

(( So sweet. I wonder what's gonna happen to the rabbit, though. xD ))
