It took a while for Darksong to fully comprehend what Rainclaw was saying. Of course he knew what she meant, but it just took time to sink in. Part of him was scared to death about it. Darksong always felt like he was slowly turning into Tornspirit, so he was defiantly worried about doing the same to his kits that Tornspirit did to him. Then again, perhaps he had learned from his father's mistake.
