What's in a Name?

So here's how it goes. Warrior names are in two pieces. The first half is usually something like a color, plant, animal, etc. Something that a wild cat would be familiar with. So no Internetpelt XD The second half is usually a body part, or another word like the first half. There are A LOT of exceptions though. It's a very open thing.

For instance, some of the names around the site;

Risingdawn

The ONLY time in a cat's life that you can choose the second half of their name is when they become a Warrior. The first half stays the same throughout their lives, while the second changes.

Patchy's names through the moons
Patchkit(Kit, 0-6 Moons)->
Patchpaw(Apprentice 6-12 Moons)->
Patchpelt(Warrior-Elder, 12+ Moons)->
Patchstar(IF they become leader)

First halves of names that are used by other characters in the site have a strikeout through them. Try to avoid these. This list doesn't cover anywhere near all the possibilities, these are just examples and taken names

Alright, so...

I hate to be unsupportive or anything of the like, and that's not what I'm trying to do. I don't think that massive lists of possible character names is the greatest idea, because some people are going to want to be creative and come up with things off-list. Maybe you should limit the create-a-name stuff to a slightly more basic level, for those people who need inspiration or don't understand the construction of warrior names, to give them ideas. Those are the people who are going to be using these threads for reference, anyway.
